INTRODUCTION
1.1 BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY
ORIGIN OF COMPUTER
The accomplishment or the arrival of computer has given a face to the secretarial professions. the computer has come to add glamour to the secretarial profession and ease of the nervousness and tiredness which goes along with the nature of the profession.
Secretaries have at last arrived in the business spheres in this country. Since they become conscious of the nature of their job with the introducing of computer. New secretaries can work for late hours without the usually accompanied pressure. More over since the introduction of compute in some business organizations, the long search for files and correspondences have been over taken. the secretary can now sit on her office, that is on her table and carry out all these functions without much resistance. the secretary is able to store information and can also salvage information and it is easy for the secretary to make necessary corrections at will.
The modern world is very intricate; this intricacy has diverted across the whole range of human activities. Secretaries are needed in manufacturing
