This research will be conducted to identify the technological advancement helped employees performed their tasksin banks.

It is crucial to develop technology-driven strategies that promote knowledge discovery and improve employees' skill sets because the performance of banking institutions and the achievement of their goals mostly depend on their human resources (Asare& Emmanuel, 2018). Employees performance is influenced by staff abilities and competency, which shows up as timely service offerings and satisfied customers(Singh & Kaur, 2011).Banks are utilizing information technology trends to pursue technical innovation (product and process innovation) in order to meet the main issues of their employees, including better service delivery strategies, increased operating effectiveness, and decreased transaction processing times. However, pursuing this method does not ensure that a strategic goal will be realized unless the initiatives are focused on end users and successfully answer their needs.Workers adapt to the requirements of cutting-edge technologies to carry out effective operations in response to service offerings that increase client satisfaction. While some universal banks in the Mauritius banking sector are increasing their efficiency thanks to technological advancements, others have yet to reap these advancements' anticipated benefits (Ameme&Wireko, 2016).
