This study was focuses on accountability and budget implementation in Nigeria. The research was sit to find out the meaning of budget, objective of budget, content of budget, budget procedures, effect of inflation on budget, improved budget implementation, causes of poor budget implementation and proper accountability. The data collected from the study were analyzed, tabulated on presented using descriptive statistics simple percentage; the hypothesis was tested using the chi-square (X2CL) at 0.05 levels of significance and degree of freedom. The sample size N═200 was used.
